做一個(gè)公司,股權(quán)架構(gòu)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)就像大樓的地基,構(gòu)筑穩(wěn)定的地基,才能為公司未來(lái)發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),那山東股權(quán)頂層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)該怎么做呢?老板先要在以下八個(gè)方面做足功課:
