在母公司下面，我們還需要再設(shè)立子公司來(lái)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目孵化，這就是實(shí)際進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)、融資和上市的實(shí)體，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的孵化。而在子公司之下，大家再設(shè)門店和項(xiàng)目，它們的目的是為了分紅，比如門店經(jīng)理、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和管理層等。
